As we embrace the spirit of the season, let us join together in anticipation and reflection during this first Sunday of Advent. May the coming weeks be filled with hope, peace, joy, and love. Let us cherish the moments of togetherness, kindness, and gratitude. Wishing all of our SDE and Parish families a blessed Advent Season as we prepare our hearts for the celebration of the birth of hope and light.

SDE & St Dominic Parish families spent time this morning to create wreaths for the upcoming Advent Season. Many laughs shared with great company. Thank you Maryann Penner and Julie Chorney.

Lions Santa's anonymous is on again. See details below. Please pass on this message for those in need. Thank you Lions!

Students were fortunate to have a visit from a few SDE dads sharing their stories and experiences with their careers. Thank you for providing an amazing experience for our students.

Our staff are spreading love, joy, peace and hope in preparation for the upcoming season of Advent. Trimming our tree in the library is an annual tradition.

Thank you Fatoumata for sharing so many wonderful gifts with our staff and students. Your presence at St Dominic Elementary has been invaluable and we look forward to your many visits 💙🐬

We had the dancers from Kehewin Cree Nation dance for us. Richelle Laliberte and her family, Tyyah Badger, LMoe Badger, Georgia Badger, and Maximus Laliberte performed for us today. They performed a woman's Northern Traditional dance, a Woman's Crow dance, a Woman's jingle dress dance, 2 Men's fancy dance, and 2 Men's chicken dance. This was an amazing performance.
